I think I did okay in my speech, but I was nervous. I think that I need to work on my gestures, I don't know if I even had any. I also need to work on not swaying back and forth, and need more eye contact.
I basically agree to what you said in the subtitle of your post, except for I think you did pretty good with the eye contact part, but your tone is kind monotonous, you need to change it up a bit, but other then that I would say you did pretty good.
I thought your speech was good and you did a good job, my advice is to have more voice changes, but other than that I thought it definitely pulled in your audience.. they didn't fall asleep, that was a good thing!!!
